Happy Friday, everyone.  I’ve got a great new find for you iPhone lovers out there.  I came across this app the other day and my kids can’t stop playing with it.  It’s called Balloonimals and essentially it’s like having a clown tucked in your pocket.

The game is incredibly simple.  When it opens there are a bunch of deflated balloons to choose from.

Once you choose your favorite, you blow into the microphone (or tap it on the iPod touch) to inflate the balloon.  Give it a few good shakes and your balloon animal springs to life (complete with squeaky balloon sounds).

From there you can poke and prod your animals to make them move, dance and interact with each other.  My little guy’s favorite part is the pump icon that over-inflates the animals until they POP on the screen.

It’s every little kid’s dream – an endless supply of balloons, the talent to twist them into cool shapes, and the chance to pop them at will.  At the bargain price of $1.99, who could ask for more?  Here’s the Balloonimals link in the app store if you want to check it out.  Have a great weekend, everyone.
