I'd say about 35% of the questions are specific to women - things like "What were your wedding colors and why did you choose them?". The other 65% are more gender neutral - things like "Describe a habit that you've tried to break more than 5 times.". If I were you, I would buy the printable and then weed out the cards that would be tough for the guys to answer. You should still have about 60 or 70 cards to work with and that should be plenty to keep your party entertained for a while. I hope that helps. You've always had a knack with question games :) I love that you've taken that questioning to a new level and created a fun, interactive game. I once bought a question book for the same purpose and was disappointed when I looked closer because the questions were too intimate. So there is a definite need for a game like this. Love it!
