Yeah, I’ll admit I’ve taken to rewarding myself with TV for the stuff I know I have to do, but is much less entertaining…fold a batch of laundry, grade a stack of papers, study for an hour, walk 4 miles, etc… I love Hulu cause I can do it on my own schedule, it limits the temptation to have to pay itunes to download, and it keeps my attention to not have to sit through a zillion commercials! It’s sad how much I rely on motivation–but whatever gets the job done!

I sure do. I’ve known about it for several months, but only used it a little until this month.
For Lost episodes I found this other site with some: http://www.veoh.com/collection/ABC-Lost. You have to click on their ads to continue the video though after a commercial.

We watch them through our computers. If I want a bigger screen, I connect my laptop to our large monitor. If you’ve got a relatively new flat screen TV and a laptop with and HDMI port, you should be able to connect them with a special cable. You’ll want to check your user manual for details. I’ve seen the commercials for Hulu and wondered what it was. Do you watch the shows on your computer or on your TV? This might be worth looking into. We’ve got DirectTv with TWO Tivos, so even though we don’t have any premium channels, we pay a ton for cable.

When I read the title for this post I’ll admit I’m a dork and thought it said Hula! I was so excited to say, “Yes! I can hula hoop!” Thanks for the tip anyway. Andy and I are thinking about alternative options for our tv because it’s so expensive. Thanks again! And good job on running!!!
