It was so much fun. We did it for the Young Women so I couldn't keep my identity hidden. The Young Women absolutely loved it-except for the group that got lost on the trail, got their shoes wet and their clothes all muddy (I think deep down they had fun). I was so happy I got to use all of my clues and stuff again. Thanks for all the time you put into posting the party info-it makes this party a breeze! Generally on the day of the party my husband goes out to hide the ingredients while I prep the house and corral the kids. When it's time to head off to the party, I pay a babysitter to watch the kids upstairs. The guests don't usually start arriving at the house until around 9pm so ideally the babysitters can get the kids asleep before then. I also ask the babysitters to light the fire, warm up the cider and turn off the lights around 8:45 so the house is all set by the time the teams start arriving. I pay them a little extra to compensate for the extra effort, but it's worth it! I hope that answers your question, Shannon. Don't wait until next year. You can do it!
